Pro SharePoint Server 2019 byla vydána nová kumulativní aktualizace (August 2021 CU).

Po dokončení instalace nezapomeňte na spuštění průvodce konfigurací služby SharePoint 2019 (SharePoint 2019 Products Configuration Wizard), nebo příkazu:

Upozornění

Vždy instalujte oba balíčky a to v pořadí:

  1. language independent (aktualizuje jazykové nezávislé komponenty)
  2. language dependent (aktualizuje jazykové závislé komponenty)

V případě jazykově závislých balíčku (language dependent) nezáleží jaký jazyk si ve výsledku vyberete, jelikož každý balíček obsahuje aktualizace pro všechny jazyky.

V případě, že na SharePoint Server 2019 farmu instalujete nový jazykový balíček, je nutné následně znova nainstalovat jazykové závislý balíček (language dependent).

Nezapomínejte, že krom SharePoint je nutné mít aktualizovanou i službu Distributed Cache, viz. Jak správně aktualizovat Distributed Cache a v případě Office Online Serveru musíte mít aktuální RTM verzi, viz.  Jak aktualizovat Office Online Server.

SharePoint Server 2019

This security update resolves a Microsoft SharePoint Server spoofing vulnerability. To learn more about the vulnerability, see the Microsoft Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures CVE-2021-36940.

This security update contains fixes for the following nonsecurity issues in SharePoint Server 2019:

  • After you install the May 2021 security updates for SharePoint Server, you can’t share documents with other users because the user can’t be identified by the given user information.

  • User code is blocked when third-party assemblies access sensitive properties. After you apply this update, you can follow the steps that are provided in KB 5004581 to add the third-party assemblies to the assembly list for accessing the sensitive properties in the Web.config file.

  • The Machine Translation service fails if the content contains certain HTML tags.

This update also contains fixes for the following issues. To fix these issues completely, you have to install KB 5002001 together with this update.

  • You’re repeatedly prompted for credentials when using the Page or News post option if you don’t have permissions to add items to the Site Pages library.

  • Screen focus shifts multiple times between the Font color and Highlighted color controls in the Text and Table formatting pane in scan mode.

  • The document library can’t be opened when the URL contains non ISO-8859-1 characters.

  • All the document library items are displayed when you export a subfolder within a document library to Microsoft Excel in modern experience.

  • SuiteNav becomes over-themed when themes are applied. This means that the selected theme is applied to too much of the user interface (UI). Specifically, it applies the main theme color to parts of the SuiteNav that shouldn’t have the main theme color.

  • Fixes an issue that affects the bypass list functionality in the search crawler proxy settings by adding Windows-style wildcard support to the bypass list.

This security update also contains a fix for the following nonsecurity issue in Microsoft Project Server 2019:

  • Submitted status updates don’t appear for approval after you submit a timesheet.
