Po dokončení instalace nezapomeňte na spuštění průvodce konfigurací služby SharePoint 2019 (SharePoint 2019 Products Configuration Wizard), nebo příkazu:

Upozornění

Vždy instalujte oba balíčky a to v pořadí:

language independent (aktualizuje jazykové nezávislé komponenty)
language dependent (aktualizuje jazykové závislé komponenty)

V případě jazykově závislých balíčku (language dependent) nezáleží jaký jazyk si ve výsledku vyberete, jelikož každý balíček obsahuje aktualizace pro všechny jazyky.

V případě, že na SharePoint Server 2019 farmu instalujete nový jazykový balíček, je nutné následně znova nainstalovat jazykové závislý balíček (language dependent).

Nezapomínejte, že krom SharePoint je nutné mít aktualizovanou i službu Distributed Cache, viz. Jak správně aktualizovat Distributed Cache a v případě Office Online Serveru musíte mít aktuální RTM verzi, viz. Jak aktualizovat Office Online Server.

SharePoint Server 2019

When you add a person with a profile photo to the People web part, after refreshing the page, the People web part doesn’t show the profile photo of the person. After installing this update, when you add a person to a page and refresh the page, the People web part shows the profile photo of the person.

Note To fix this issue completely, you also have to install update 4484177 together with this update.

This update contains fixes for the following issues in SharePoint Server 2019:

Fixes an issue in which installing solutions in a multi-machine farm may fail.
When you add a person with a profile photo to the People web part, after refreshing the page, the People web part doesn’t show the profile photo of the person. After installing this update, when you add a person to a page and refresh the page, the People web part shows the profile photo of the person.
Note To fix this issue completely, you also have to install update 4484176 together with this update.
After an Incoming Email message (.eml) file is added to a document library by a timer job from the drop folder, if you update the item, you will lose the „Created“ time information which sets DateTime to be „December 30, 1900“.
Previewing Master Page crashes because of a null reference exception.
Windows Server 2016 started to use the period („.“) as the time separator for Finnish and certain other locales. This change causes an issue within the SharePoint Object Model datetime parser. To resolve this issue, SharePoint will now use the unparsed datetime value.
Fixes the issues with PDF DocParser which causes content processing time-out errors.
Fixes the issue that no log is written to the AuditData table when the file name length is over 255 characters.
Fixes the issue that users can’t use custom managed properties to sort the search query result.

This update contains the following improvements in SharePoint Server 2019:

Improves the performance of loading a page which contains Search Result Webpart.
The complete-match search was working only for the farm level managed properties. With this update, we can also use complete-match search on the managed properties created in site collection level now.

This update fixes the following issues in Project Server 2019:

When a SharePoint update is applied and the SharePoint Products configuration wizard is run, the reporting association views are dropped but not re-created.
After you upgrade from Project Server 2010 to 2019, if you edit a project in PWA and delete an inactive task, after you save the project, you may be unable to reopen it.
You are unable to update and clear local Duration and Outline Code field lookup values through the client-side object model (CSOM).
Consider the following scenario:
- You create a project with a single task and large number of resources.
- You add all resources to the task.
- You save and publish the project.
- You edit the project in PWA.
- You click the drop down for the Resource Names column.

In this case, you will see that some resources are no longer assigned to the task.

Office Online Server

This update fixes the following issue:

Web Parts on SharePoint Server 2016 are missing the top toolbar and have filter buttons on pivot charts not working correctly. This issue occurs when you use Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer as a browser.

Known issues in this update

After you install this security update, Office Online Server logging will be set to Verbose by default. We recommend that you change this setting to Medium by running the following command:
Set-OfficeWebAppsFarm -LogVerbosity “Medium”

Note After you run the command, you have to restart the Office Online Service. To do this, run the following command:
