The January cumulative update (January 2016 CU) has been released for SharePoint 2010.
The January CU fixes only Project Server 2010. To update SharePoint Foundation 2010 or SharePoint Server 2010, use the latest December CU (December 2015 CU). The January CU is a full update (Uber package), requiring no other CU apart from SP2.
This CU contains Project Server 2010 fixes, including all Project Server 2010 and SharePoint 2010 security patches, released since SP2. It does not include SP2, which is required for installation.

After installation, remember to run the SharePoint 2010 Products Configuration Wizard, or:
PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -force -cmd applicationcontent -install -cmd installfeatures
