A new cumulative update (August 2024 CU) has been released for SharePoint Server 2019.

After installation, remember to run the SharePoint 2019 Products Configuration Wizard or the following command:

Important notes

Always install both packages in this order:

For language-dependent packages, the language you select does not matter because each package contains updates for all languages.

If you install a new language pack on a SharePoint Server 2019 farm, you must reinstall the language-dependent update afterwards.

The language-independent package KB 5002630 includes this SharePoint Server 2019 fix:

Fixes an issue where deleting a remote server through a PowerShell cmdlet or Central Administration removes the Distributed Cache registry key.

The following fix requires both the language-dependent package KB 5002597 and the language-independent package KB 5002630:

Fixes an issue where a view that omits required fields shows the yellow missing-value indicator even though the item has values in all required fields.
