After installation, remember to run the SharePoint 2019 Products Configuration Wizard or the following command:
PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -wait -cmd applicationcontent -install -cmd installfeatures -cmd secureresources -cmd services -install
Important notes
Always install both packages in this order:
- language independent components (core CU)
- language-dependent components (language CU)
For language-dependent packages, the language you select does not matter because each package contains updates for all languages.
If you install a new language pack on a SharePoint Server 2019 farm, you must reinstall the language-dependent update afterwards.
Remember to keep Distributed Cache updated as well as SharePoint. See How to update Distributed Cache correctly (in Czech).
Note for this CU:
The Machine Translation service fails if the content contains certain HTML tags. To work around this issue, see Publishing pages cannot be translated in SharePoint Server 2019 (KB5011291).
To apply this update, you must have Microsoft SharePoint Server 2019 installed.
You may have to restart the computer after you install this update.

-
Fixes an issue in which the Quick Links item properties keep referencing the source site document libraries on the target site.
-
Fixes an issue in which all other terms of the hierarchy are selected if a subterm is selected when you filter a Managed Metadata Services (MMS)-based column in the modern user experience (UX).
Note
To fix this issue completely, you have to install KB 5002135 together with this update.
